Recently, a patient came into patient accounts to work through a bill with Shandy that was being settled with their insurance company.
The patient said Shandy was kind, patient, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure they knew the balance on the existing bill.
Shandy dedicated one-on-one time to help the patient and get good, solid answers that they could communicate to their insurance company.
